                   Sh.Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for opposite party No.1 & 2.

                   Today the case is fixed for settlement. Ld. counsel for the opposite party No.1 & 2 made a statement that their settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.750000/-(Rupees seven lakh fifty thousand only). The complainant has to deposit cancellation of RC in the company and on availability of the same, the company will pay the alleged amount to the complainant within 60 days. The company will get the salvage from the complainant.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has read over the above statement and agrees with the same. In view of the above statement, he has no objection to decide the case accordingly and the salvage will be provided to the opposite parties.

                   In view of the statements made by both the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled. Complainant is directed to hand over the cancellation of RC with the company within one month and thereafter the company will pay the alleged amount of Rs.750000/-(Rupees seven lakh fifty thousand only) to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite party No.1 & 2 shall be liable to pay interest @9% p.a. on the alleged amount from the date of decision till its realization. However, opposite party shall recover the salvage from the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
