Sh.Deepinder Singh, Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that complainant has no objection and he is agreed with the statement suffered by the counsel for the opposite party and is ready to withdraw the present complaint. In view the statements suffered by the counsel for the complainant and opposite party, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
