On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 06.11.2023 the complainant was absent without steps. None appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, on 18.04.2024, complainant was  directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution  and date is fixed on 21.05.2024.

Today also, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.
