Final Order / Judgement

Heard the counsel. Perused the insurance policy produced, wherein u/s E1(2) it is prescribed waiting period for 24 months to cover the cholecystitis operation for which medical reimbursement is possible from the inception of the policy. Whereas in this case the police issued on 22.02.2020 and the medical treatment was taken in the month of November 2021 which fall short of 24 months. Hence this complaint is not maintainable and hence the same is dismissed.
