Both rpd.The matter in dispute settled between the parties statement to that effect filed.The OPs ready to pay Rs.2,00,000/- in lumpsum to the complainant without interest and cost within two month from the date of receipt of the order.Hence the complaint is allowed based on the statement filed by the parties.The opposite parties are allowed to take back the document produced by the complainant.
