Complainant:   Kaushik Singha Roy, S/O Late Konaj Singha Roy, resident of Rathala Nutan Colony, Bardhaman, Kanchan Nagar, P.S. Burdwan,   Dist. Purba Bardhaman WB-713102.

Opposite Parties:  1.     HDB Financial Services, being rep. by the Branch Manager, HDB Financial Services, Burdwan Branch, having its address at 4^th Floor, Talk of Towers, 398 G.T.Road, Land Mark  , above ICICI Bank , Burdwan , District. Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, Pin-713101 & 2(two) Others.

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

No step is  taken by the complainant today.  None appears on behalf of the complainant during the repeated calls.

On Scrutiny of the records, it appears that on 05. 02.2024, 22.04.2024, 11.06.2024 & 06.08.2024,  the complainant was  absent without steps.  Again, on 28.11.2024, the complainant was found absent and  none appears on behalf of the complainant.

 Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default and date was fixed on 03.12.2024. 

Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on his behalf.  Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being no. 17/2021 be and the same is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be  given to the parties on free of cost.
