          Today Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

Stated that there are some technical flaws in framing the complaint and I may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, after removing the defects, if any. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
