Shashi Bala Versus HDB Financial.

 

Present:      Ms. Sonia Rohilla, Advocate for the complainant.

                   

                   Complaint presented before the registry of this Commission on 11.10.2021 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.                                   

                   Counsel for the complainant tendered documents Ex.C1 to C7 with the complaint.

             Keeping in view the even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. However, complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint against the respondent on the same cause of action, after removing the legal defect, if any. Original documents Ex.C2 to Ex.C7 are hereby ordered to be returned to the complainant, through his counsel, against proper receipt. File be consigned to records.
