                File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant for withdraw the present complaint.

                At this stage, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, the matter has been compromised with the company, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

                   In view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
