          Sh.Sandeep Kapoor, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties No.1, 2 & 3 has brought closure letter, two copies of no objection certificate and two copies of Form 35 in this Commission for handing over the same to the complainant and prayed for subsequent withdrawal of the present complaint by the complainant. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately. In view of the above statement, Sh.G.S.Sandhu Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that as per the compromise, he has received closure letter, two copies of no objection certificate and two copies of Form 35 in this Commission and withdraw the present complaint. Consequently, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
