Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. We do not find any good ground to interfere with the concurrent finding which is eminently justified in the facts and circumstances of the case and the material obtaining on record. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. However, on request of learned counsel for the petitioner we direct the respondents to comply with the directions contained in the order of the State Commission within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
