ORDER

We have heard the learned counsel.

         There is delay of 53 days in filing the revision petition.  The revision petition is directed against the concurrent findings of the District Consumer Forum and the State Commission.

         The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready and willing to accept the computer of highest technology as per the configuration which will be provided by the petitioner to the respondents within a period of two weeks.  The configuration of course, shall be of the computer which is valued upto Rs. 1.05 lacs and not more.  If such configuration is acceptable to the respondents then the computer shall be replaced in accordance with the directions of the State Commission.  If such replacement is not made in spite of the fact that the value of the computer sought by the petitioner is within the range of Rs. 1.05 lakhs, then the petitioner will be entitled to seek execution or alternatively recovery of the amount paid by him along with reasonable interest @ 6% per annum from the date of the complaint. The petitioner will immediately return the piece of computer which was provided to him and that shall be done simultaneously along with submission of the required configuration of the computer as specified in the proposal which is to be provided, within two weeks.

         Revision Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
