            Sh.Vikas Thakur, Complainant, has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“As the complaint is addressed to Chairman Permanent Lok Adalat for Public Utillity Services Union Territory Chandigarh, I do not press this complaint at this stage. However, I reserve my right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Forum. This complaint be disimissed as withdrawn.”

 

 

          In view of the above said statement of complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Forum, as per law. 

          Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
