ORDER

        This revision petition was filed through Ms.Meenakshi Midha, Advocate.  Notice on admission was issued.  On 30.7.2012, Mr.Dinesh Malik appeared and sought time which was granted subject to payment of Rs.2,500/- as costs.  Ms.Meenakshi Midha has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner today and states that Mr.Dinesh Malik appeared on behalf of the new President of the petitioner society; that Mr.Malik had no authority to appear on behalf of the petitioner; that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the revision petition as HUDA has already allotted alternate plot to the petitioner.  Power of attorney given to Ms.Midha has not been withdrawn.

        Dismissed in terms of the prayer made.
