The review was listed in chamber; it was taken up in the bench.

This review application has been filed against the Order dated 30.01.2019 passed by this Commission.

          The Order dated 30.01.2019 is self-contained and self-speaking. We note in particular the appraisal made by the District Forum as reproduced in para 3 thereof and by the State Commission as reproduced in para 4 thereof. The two fora arrived at concurrent findings, and dismissed the complaint. We also note in particular paras 8, 9, 12,13 and 14 of the Order dated 30.01.2019. We find no reason evident on facts or law to in any manner modify or amend the Order dated 30.01.2019.

          The review application, being patently misconceived and devoid of merit, is dismissed.  The Order dated 30.01.2019 stands as it stood.
