Mr. Madhurendra Kumar, counsel for the petitioner, under instructions of the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, with liberty to the complainant / petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate court / tribunal in accordance with law. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid only in case such remedy is available to the petitioner after the decision of the State Commission in this matter.
