                   The present complaint is fixed for 04.01.2024, but it is taken up today, on the application moved on behalf of the Complainants, seeking permission to withdraw the present case.

                   At this stage, the Ld. Counsel for the Complainants, by making a separate statement, states that on the instructions of the Complainants, he withdraws the present complaint.           

                   Heard. In view of the statement by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainants, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
