ORDER

In our view, the petitioner should not have agitated the matter upto this Commission but having regard to the fact that complaint was filed in the year 2009 and has been adjourned on several occasions, we direct the concerned District Consumer Forum to decide the complaint expeditiously preferably by the end of August, 2011, even if it requires to pre-pone the earing fixed for 4.8.2011.

                The revision petition is disposed of in above terms.
