Challenge in these proceedings is to the concurrent findings and order passed by the fora below.

          We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

          The petition has been filed after a delay of 57 days and an application for condonation of delay has been filed with certain vague submissions and setting out certain cause which we do not consider as sufficient cause for condonation of delay.    Even then, we find that the orders passed by fora below are justified on the basis of evidence and material brought on record.  We see no illegality, material irregularity or any jurisdictional error in the concurrent findings and orders passed by fora below warranting any interference in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

                        The revision petition is dismissed accordingly.
