Order No.01

Complainant himself and his Ld. Advocate is present. OP 1 being represented by Mr. Vardhan Nopany is present. OP 2 is present. OP 3 is present. Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with two products complainant initiated this case.

This Commission heard the complainant himself, his Ld. Advocate and the 3 OPs and after a discussion parties came to a settlement to the effect that two products namely that is one Water Purifier and Electrical Water Heater now in custody of the complainant be produced by the complainant himself at the shop of OP 1 by tomorrow (i.e.23.07.2023) and all OPs in a chorus voice submit that their shop is open on 23.07.2023 and they welcome the complainant at any time. It is also further settled in between the parties that after production of the said two products before the shop of OP 1. After receiving of the said two products OPs severally or jointly will tender Rs.17, 000/-only(Rupees Seventeen thousand only) to the complainant instantly in hard cash and to that effect the complainant will issue receipt.

Accordingly the instant case is disposed of.
