The point in issue is squarely concluded against PUDA and in favour of the complainants by an order of this Commission in Narinder Singh Nanda vs. PUDA – Revision Petitions No.2125 and cross-revision R.P. No. 2568/2006 decided on 27.5.2009.

          Revision Petitions No.1072-1074/2007 filed by PUDA are disposed of in terms of our order in Narinder Singh Nanda’s case (supra).

          R.P. No.2743/2007 has been filed by Mr.Mohinder Singh Ghai against PUDA against the order passed by the State Commission condoning the delay of 72 days in filing the appeal.  This Revision Petition is cross-revision to R.P. No.1073/2007.  Since we have disposed of the R.P. No.1073/2007 filed by PUDA against Mohinder Singh Ghai in terms of an order of this Commission in Narinder Singh Nanda’s case (supra), this Revision Petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.  Otherwise also, we feel that the State Commission has rightly condoned the delay of 72 days in filing the appeal.  Dismissed.
