Present:     None for the revisionist.

                   As per the report of registry, notice respondents could not be issued for want of correct address.

                   None has put in appearance on behalf of revisionist, perusal of the record reveals that for the last four consecutive occasions correct address of respondents has not been furnished by learned counsel for the revisionist.  What to talk of doing the needful even none has appeared before this Commission on behalf of the revisionist to put forth a request for an adjournment for this vary purpose again. It sems that revisionist is no longer interested to continue with the present revision petition. As such, no useful purpose will be served by adjourning this revision petition further for the same very purpose. Case called several times since morning. It is already 1:30 P.M. Waited sufficiently. No further wait is justified. Hence, present revision petition is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.

                    Let, the summoned record be also sent back to the quarter concerned.
