ORDER

 The matter stands settled between the parties wherein it is agreed that the respondent M/s Sri Hari Rao will withdraw Rs. 30,000/- from the District Forum alongwith the interest already accrued there and the petitioner in RP No. 1045 of 2006 would pay a sum of Rs. 20,000/- towards interest within a period of one month, failing which, it will carry interest @ 9% p.a.  The amount deposited by M/s Ford India Ltd. in RP No. 374 of 2006 with the District Forum will be refunded to Ford India Ltd. in RP No. 374/2006 with interest, which has already accrued there.

Both the revision petitions stand disposed of.

Order be given dasti by 1st June 2012, as prayed.
