Final Order / Judgement

Today  is   fixed  for   necessary   order   on  petition   no-  2346  dtd. 26/5/2023. This    petition was    filed   for   withdrawal  of the   present    case   with a   liberty   to  approach   to  the   court   of   appropriate jurisdiction    under   provision  of  Order  XXIII    Rule    1(3) of the   Code  of   Civil   Procedure. The  order   on  record   dtd.  6/7/2023   is      elaborately explained   &   after   going   through     the   petition  &    order   on  record   the  aforesaid    petition     filed  by the    complainant     for   withdrawal  of case  is    allowed. The   suit   against    opp.  parties  is   abandoned  with a   liberty   to  file   fresh    suit   in  appropriate  forum.

 Accordingly, petition is disposed of .
