Subject to the petitioner directly remitting a sum of Rs.10,000/- by way of demand draft within a period of four weeks from today to

respondent No.1/complainant to enable him to meet his travel and allied expenses in connection with the present proceedings, notice be issued to the respondent No. 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will produce the respondent No. 2 at his own risk.

Arguments on stay application heard.

Stay is granted subject to deposit of entire decretal amount within four weeks with the District Forum.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this case.  Permission granted.
