Today is fixed for further order.

Complainant is present in person and files hazira. Complainant also files an application swearing affidavit stating that he filed this complaint against the Ops as he paid consideration money for purchasing  a piece of land but the Ops did not hand over the same in his name. Thereafter the Ops contacted with him and given him the scheduled plot in his name.

Under such circumstances, the complainant prays before this Forum that he is not willing to proceed with the case further as the dispute has been settled out of this Forum and there is no grievance left against them. Prayer is made for dropping the complaint with full satisfaction.

As the complainant by filing petition with affidavit stating that the matter has been settled out of this Forum and has received the plot of land for which he filed this complaint against the Ops, the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case further, we are of the opinion that the prayer of the complainant for dropping the complaint should be allowed.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 189/2018 be and the same is dropped on full satisfaction. There is no order as to costs.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
