ORDER

Present:       Sh. Gaurav Phogat, Adv. for complainant.

 

                   Complaint presented today. It is checked and registered.

                    Heard on the maintainability of the present complaint. The counsel for complainant made a statement before this Commission that due to some technical deficiency, he wants to withdraw the present complaint and he may be permitted to file a fresh case. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law. Original documents, if any, attached with the present complaint, be returned to the complainant after retaining copy of the same on file.

                   Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.

File be consigned to the record-room.
