ORDER

During the pendency of this Appeal, the parties have settled the disputes amicably out of Court. Deed of Settlement dated 16.12.2013, setting out the terms, is taken on record.                                                                                   Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that in terms of the said settlement a demand draft in the sum of Rs.1,02,000/- (Rupees One Lac Two Thousand only) has been received by the respondent.           In view of the said settlement, no further orders are called for in this appeal. The same stands disposed of.
