Sri Prasoon Srivastava, learned Counsel for the applicants appeared.

Present application has been moved for clarification in order dated 16-07-2018 passed by this State Commission in Misc. Case No. 91/2018 Anoop V/s Branch Manager, HDFC Bank and others. Applicants are opposite parties No. 2 and 3 in said misc. case.

 Vide order dated 16-07-2018 the District Consumer Forum has been directed to dispose of the complaint case pending before it within three months in accordance with law. The direction given to the District Consumer Forum for expeditious disposal of case is clear and the District Consumer Forum has been directed to dispose of complaint in accordance with law. The applicants are at liberty to raise their plea before District Consumer Forum. The District Consumer Forum shall consider it in accordance with law.

The application is disposed of.
