Matter was passed over once. Even on the second call none appears on behalf of the petitioner. On 22.04.2013, counsel for the petitioner sought time to place on record the grounds of appeal filed before the State Commission within four weeks. Time was granted. Thereafter on 15.07.2013 again time was sought by the proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the arguing counsel for the petitioner. The same was granted, subject to payment of adjournment cost of Rs.5,000/-. Cost was to be paid to the respondent within six weeks. It was further directed that, in case petitioner fails to pay the cost within the specified period, the revision petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further orders. Since morning nobody is appearing on behalf of petitioner nor the petitioner has complied with the previous order of this Commission within the specified period, in view of this the revision petition is dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution.
