ORDER

 

 

1. The present revision has been preferred by the finance company under Section 47 (1) (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 seeking setting aside of the ex parte order dated 27.03.2023 passed by the District Consumer Commission, Jind in complaint titled as Gurcharan Singh and Anr. Vs. The Executive/Concerned Officer HDFC Life Insurance Company and Others whereby the finance company was directed to release the vehicle in question to the complainant till the decision of the complaint and that too without payment of any defaulted loan amount.
2. Upon issuance of notice, the respondents have put in appearance. 
3. Counsel for the revisionist states that the present revision has been rendered infructuous since the vehicle has already been released in favour of complainant and NOC released in pursuance to the settlement.  
4. In view of the above, the present revision is hereby disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
5. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
6. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
