ORDER

       No step is filed on behalf of the complainant.

       Peruse the record meticulously.

      It appears from the order dated 29/06/2022 that notice issued to the Principal OP No. 1 returned un-serve. Thereafter learned counesl Mr. S. P. Datta Purkayastha was asked to submit requisite for issuance of notice to the OPs once again and accordingly on submission of requisite notices were again sent to the OPs with the same result and thereafter learned counsel was asked to take step, but till 10/05/2023 learned counsel Mr. Purkayastha failed to take step and it between as many as six dates have been consumed.

    On 10/05/2023 when the case was taken up, learned counsel Ms. Archana Sinha appearing on behalf of the complainant verbally informed that she could not take any step because the complainant did not communicate with them after filing of the case and at the same time she did not press for passing order regarding ex-parte hearing, rather pressed her to dismiss the case.

      The conduct of the complainant as pointed out by the learned counsel is really frustrating and it shows his utter disinterest in the case and as such, considering the submission of the learned counsel of the complainant and the apathy of the complainant too, the case instituted by the complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution.

       The case accordingly stands disposed of.
