Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for show cause by the complainant.

The complainant attended this commission on 04.02.2021 and the case has sustained several adjournments in the meantime since after February, mainly due to the absence of the complainant. We find reason to hold a view that the complainant has lost interest in this case. It is next to impossible for this commission to proceed with the case with the repeated absence of the complainant.

This is a fit case, where a dismissal order can cosily recorded.

Hence, it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
