Perusal of the order sheet clearly discloses that, the complainant and his counsel is continuously absent on all the dates of hearing and further they are not diligent to proceed with the case inspite of granting sufficient opportunities and imposing costs on several occasion.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default for non-prosecution.
