          Case called twice, none appeared for appellant and appellant also not present. The appeal was filed long back in the year 2012. The appellant did not present before this Commission since long time to address his arguments in spite of several opportunities.  We consider the appellant is not interested in continuing the case. Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant. As such the appeal is liable to be dismissed.  Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

The amount in deposit shall be transmitted to the concerned District Commission to pay the same to the complainant. 

          Forward copy of this order to both parties as well as concerned District Commission.
