                   Mr.Karan Kumar, Adv., appeared against the notice u/s 27 of the CPA At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that order under execution has been fully complied with. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
