Mr. A.P.S. Ahluwalia, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submits that as per his instructions, as a goodwill gesture, the Petitioner Company has decided not to press the present Revision Petition, more so, when the Manufacturer, Respondent No.3 herein, has already complied with the order impugned in the present Revision Petition.  He, however, states that the questions of law sought to be raised in the present Revision Petition may be kept open for being decided in an appropriate case.

In view of the above, the Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed, keeping open the questions of law sought to be raised in the present Revision Petition.  It goes without saying that I have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the said questions.

The Revision Petition stands disposed of leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
