After arguing the matter for some time, the complainants in person seek permission to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file the complaint before the competent State Commission after making suitable amendment in regard to the valuation of the claim and relief.

            The complaint is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the complainants as aforesaid.  The complaints may be filed before the competent forum within four weeks.
