ORDER

     Complainant wants to make statement. Recorded separately and placed on the file. As per statement of the complainant, the OP has replaced the battery of the electric scooter in question and he does not want to pursue this complaint further and he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file fresh if any defect occurs in the battery or any other defect occurs in the electric scooter within the warranty period. Liberty granted as permissible under the law. The present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
