No. 2 is absent. Complainant files a petition supported by affidavit stating interalia that the Complainant is a CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) personnel, presently posted at Handwara, Kashmir, Union of India and due to his service he could not be able to appear before this Commission today but he stated in affidavit that he has got the entire fare amounting to Rs. 5,840/- by the O.P. No. 2. It was refunded on 26/12/2020 and he informed about the matter by email dated 15/01/2021. The copy of the email is annexed herewith along with the bank statement. The Complainant further stated that he is not willing to proceed with the case furthermore. Heard the Ld. Advocate for both the sides. Considering the content of the petition supported by an affidavit filed by the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant and also considering service responsibility of the complainant along with the position of the case that the Complainant has already got the amount of the entire fare amounting to Rs. 5,840/- for which he has knocked the door of this Commission for getting relief has already been fulfilled and he is fully satisfied.
