Complainant  is  absent  without  any  step.  Opp.  parties are    present   through   ld.  counsel.  

Today   has  been     fixed  for   cross   examination  of    CW/  necessary  order. 

It  is  seen  from   the  record,     that  the   case     was    fixed  for    cross   examination   of  CW   on   8/9/2022, again,   fixing   the   next   dates   for  cross   examination  of  CW  on  1/12/2022, 16/2/2023, 5/4/2023, 2/6/2023  &    14/7/2023.

The     complainant    was   absent    without   step   on  the   aforesaid   dates.

We   are   of  the  view    that   complainant  is  not   interested  to  proceed    with   his  case   &   accordingly  , case  is   dismissed  for   default.
