ORDER The learned advocate for complainant filed advancement petition and petition to hand over cheque of Rs. 19,719/- dt. 23-04-10 which is in the name of the Dhr furnished by the parties i.e, Jdr themselves before this Forum on 03-05-10. Even though he not appeared in this case. In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, hand over cheque bearing No. 338703 dt. 23-04-10 for Rs. 19,719/- to the Dhr after proper acknowledgement and identification. Hence EP is closed.
