1.The complaint is allowed.

2.Opposite Party is directed to issue NOC and No Dues Certificates to Complainant as are required by the Road Transport Authority, Government of Goa.

3.Complainant is further awarded compensation of Rs.25,000/- and costs of Rs.10,000/-.

4.Opposite Party shall comply with above directions within 45 days of date of this order.
