          Heard ld. lawyer for the complainant in full. We have gone through the entire materials on record and we find that there is no document to show that the complainant runs his business for his livelihood.

          In view of the above findings we are constrained to hold that the instant case is not maintainable in view of the provision of the C.P. Act, 1986.

          Hence, ordered,

          That the instant case is not maintainable and the same stands rejected.
