Final Order
None is present on behalf of the parties. Today is fixed for bringing order from the Hon’ble SCDRC. From our end we have collected the entire order sheet passed by the Hon’ble SCDRC in the appeal preferred by the Jdr-1 being dissatisfied with the judgment passed by this Ld. Forum on 26.12.2012, which was registered therein as FA/718/2013. On 23.08.2016 the Hon’ble SCDRC was pleased to allow the said appeal exparte setting aside the impugned judgment passed by this ld. Forum in the CC no-222/2012.
Be it mentioned that the present EA was initiated by the Dhr to execute the final order/judgment passed by this Ld. Forum. But as the said judgment has been set aside by the Hon’ble SCDRC and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed, hence the instant EA has lost its force to stand upon.
In view of the above the present EA being no-99/2013 is hereby disposed of in view of the judgment of the Hon’ble SCDRC.
Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
