2. Mr. Sumit Narang, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with a liberty to file afresh before appropriate authority. He has further requested that the time consumed in pursuing the present litigation from the Hon’ble State Commission, Haryana may be excluded for the purpose of limitation. His statement in this regard recorded separately.
3. In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Sumit Narang, learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh before appropriate authority. However, complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint before appropriate authority. It is hereby directed that time consumed in pursuing the present litigation from the Hon’ble State Commission, Haryana is hereby excluded for the purpose of limitation.
4. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
5. Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
