The Notice was sent to the complainant seen served on 04.03.2023 as per the proof of the delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant has not turned up so far. The correct address of the opposite party 2 is not furnished by the complainant so far. The matter pertains to the year 2018. There is no merit to proceed further since service of notice of the above opposite party is necessary. Hence the complaint is closed as the ‘default’ of the complainant.
