           Appellant is present in person. Respondent is present along with Tahasin Raza learned advocate and has submitted that amicable settlement has taken placed between the parties and compromise petition is place on record. Compromise petition is duly signed by the appellant as well as respondent and the same is verified and recorded. In view of the compromise petition placed on record, this revision petition is disposed off as per the terms of settlement.
