ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on her behalf has turned up. A perusal of the case file indicates that complainant is not turning up before this Commission for the last five dates of hearing. Today also complainant has not turned up. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is hereby dismissed in default of appearance.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
