Present:       None for the complainant.

                   Sh. Yoginder Dalal, Advocate for the opposite party no.1.

                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite party no.2.

                  

                   Court notice issued to complainant on dated 18.10.2021 not received back either served or unserved. From the perusal of the case file, it is reveals that complainant was not present on dated 09.08.2021 and case was fixed for issuance Court notice to complainant, but till today he was not come present. Case called several times since morning. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.40 P.M. No more wait is justified. As such, present complaint stands dismissed in default.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
